VARIETY FUNCTION

Simik Pocket Filler is suitable for filling a wide range of solid products into multiple containers including cans, glass bottles, plastic bottles and jar through an adjustable telescope filling system such as beans, diced tomato, vegetable pieces, sliced fruit and corns.

NO CAN NO FILL

The machine is standard equipped with " No Can No FiII" device ensures proper timing of the gate control and prevents product loss due to missing containers.

VIBRATING DEVICE

Thanks to the development of the vibrating device, the difficult product such as cucumbers, sliced mushroom and vegetable pieces can be easily and properly filled into the container with stable filling volume.

MULTI-FILLER SYSTEM

Through the multi-filler system, the machine can fill 3 to 5 kinds of solid products. The containers are transferred by the starwheel in order to save the production space and catch the better filling performance.
